Mission Statement
IMPACT Builders is a mentorship program that helps high school students learn about and gain experience with the building trades while preparing them for a sustainable future of personal growth. This is accomplished through the guiding principles of communication, connection, and eduction. In this way, the IMPACT Builders Mentorship Program helps young people create lasting relationships and a powerful context for their own future, knowing they have the tools in hand to build and maintain a viable career.

Communication
Effective communication starts with listening, and that’s true for mentorship relationships too. At IMPACT Builders, we listen for and deliver on what matters to mentees: their interests and passions.
